I think you nailed it. Look at the elite teams in the league. They have a culture of winning and being organized. One band..One sound. They being in players that fit their culture. Signing DeShaun Watson said less about him and more about the Haslems. Why would you bring a guy into your organization that kind of baggage? And give him that kind of contract. That was just dumb topped with a special kind of stupidity. Now they feel obligated to play him. Just bad decision after bad decision. How Haslem is a billionaire with this kind of judgement is a mystery to me. .
