Isayama couldn't even be clearer imo, he shows how there's NOT A SINGLE OTHER MAIN CHARACTER agreeing with him, he shows how his plan SUCKS and especially he shows that killing 80% of the world population still got Paradise DESTROYED years after. It was all for NOTHING. Eren had a stupid plan to begin with and he didn't even do it properly

Erens actions resembled so much to real life wars and how not everyone deserves to be in power but instead of acknowledging that a lot of ppl defend him for the sole reason that he’s the mc and he’s attractive and I feel like a lot of ppl don’t get that the point of AOT was to show how violence breeds more violence until someone stops that cycle

They love Eren but despise Gabi even when she’s a representation of him on the other side. And she’s hurt less people. It’s clear they don’t understand the message. If the story was trying to say Eren was right, it wouldn’t have spent the 4th season telling us about the Marleyens from their perspective (Gabi and Falco).

I am not trying to justify it, but if you gonna do a genocide (that is horrible already) make sure you wipe 100%. At the end of the anime you can see that there are already people developing weapons for wars again, it just went to waste, cause he did not wipe the whole amount of them just leaving eldians. That just creates a revenge sentiment on the ones that stay or the decendents. It makes no sense.
