I was trying to decide between the matte black and the powder blue. Same convo in my head - black will look good in any kitchen and the powder blue may not. But the powder won because I said “fuck it” I am just choosing the color I love the most. Maybe I’ll regret it when we move or something. Make sure with the grinder you compare the machine’s measurements against a kitchen scale. Every so often they need to calibrated
