@wkrntv: Authorities are investigating after a domestic disturbance led to an officer-involved shooting Monday, Sept. 14 in Clarksville. The Clarksville Police Department said officers were sent to Fairview Lane just before 11 a.m. to respond to the disturbance, in which a woman reported that her adult son was outside with a gun and had already fired the weapon.
