This is the elaborate version of what I said about Pan-African it's wanting to do away with borders without building the infrastructure for it i.e everything you listed, work those things so good that the borders become irrelevant or a hindrance AND THEN you can get rid of them. I even used the example that these people wanna make a skyscraper with floors for every country but they wanna build it without a foundation. That building is LITERALLY gonna unalive people. The model of combining Africa without foundations is literally gonna have people warring against each other over resources and identity. It's stupid.
