I honestly don’t understand the competitions decision here. I tried training for hyrox a couple years ago and how STRICT and harsh the competition could be, by literally disqualifying people for the smallest things — why was this allowed??

As a marathoner I’ve seen many people poop their pants and keep going… I wouldn’t but people do. When I heard about this poop incident I thought that sucks but good on her for continuing I guess. Until I found out it involves gym equipment and it’s indoors and other people have to use the equipment! That’s totally different and she should have excused her self.

I’ve seen people finally mentioning the addiction that comes from fitness competitions. The people I know that are extremely into their fitness struggled with other forms of substance addiction beforehand. And I know it’s not everyone but if you’re pooping yourself and finishing a race covered in it then that’s definitely a sign of an addiction to the sport.

I don’t know anything about sports so I was really confused about why a girl would bring a pooping hyrax to a race and was like” yeah it was probably in distress, They don’t belong in human races” and it was probably scaring people because they didn’t know what it was and it was pooping everywhere(this is a hyrax)
