@gelaenemoreland: 6 tips for eating at restaurants alone: 1. Take a book! Even if you don’t end up reading it. It will help you look like you’ve got something to do 2. It’s also okay not to have anything to do. Just people-watch in between bites of food. You’re the main character babe x 3. Journal! Write about your experience, your thoughts, and how you’re feeling in the moment. Or just everything you’re grateful for 4. Take a cross word or sudoku 5. Remember that no one is judging you or even thinking about it eating alone. It’s so normal! 7. Don’t feel like you need to order 3 meals to make up for just being one person. In Europe they don’t care if you order 3 meals or one drink. They’re super chill and they get solo diners ALL THE TIME (tourists and locals too). I even got special treatment from a cute waiter in Florence who just wanted to chat with me his whole shift 😂 (not just me he was a flirt to all the girls lol) Now go out and have the cutest, chicest meal on your own and tag me! #solotravel #solotravelfemale #solotravelling #europe
