@glossistudio: My beautiful client Solara got treated to her very first facial for her birthday, and I LOVE this as a gift. Starting skincare doesn’t have to mean waiting until there’s a problem. The Glossi Teen Facial was created specifically for younger skin, and right around puberty is actually one of my favorite times to start skincare education. Hormones are changing, oil production can increase, and if your teen plays sports, add sweat, sunscreen and helmets or gear into the mix. The goal is to teach them how to properly cleanse and care for their skin BEFORE the breakouts start, not throw a bunch of harsh acne products at them afterward. During their facial, we talk about what’s happening with their skin, how to properly wash their face and build a super simple, age appropriate routine they can actually stick to. If they do have congestion or breakouts, we can gently address those and perform extractions when appropriate. No complicated 12 step routines. No shame about changing skin. Just healthy habits, skincare education and a little self care with their Estie Bestie. 💕 And a first facial for your birthday?
