Living the Instacart Li(f)e. Still out of dinner ideas since Instacart does not have fair pay. Would love to be able to afford some real food, vegetables. Day 361 follow up 2.5 hours in, $0 made Other shoppers already made their money, came back, & are on round two pulling $70 to $150 Now some are at 200 but the highest at $323 so far, insane? Right? And Instacart Support? Tells shoppers to leave post order notes about parking, delivery issues, customer problems, anything important Then turns around & says those same notes can block customers & reduce batch offerings at your primary store So let me get this straight… Instacart tells you to report problems Then the system can punish you for reporting them Then nobody reads the notes or fixes the problem anyway That’s not support and don’t think you can get Support to help you with it they say oh well deal with it That’s a mouse trap with a shopping cart attached 😂 Instacart that is one of the shadiest things a shoppers sees you do Is this something that the FTC or an AG can help with? hi instacart, just your reminder that im still living in squalor while working 90+ hours a week for you. I cant afford to eat on a daily basis while delivering people's groceries. you have no idea what its like to not have eaten in days while delivering groceries to people. it is sick. it is disgusting. it is immoral. and finally, it is actually criminal what instacart is doing. I am not a slave, I am a real person with real hopes and dreams, and I am suffering at the hands of instacart. I can't tell you the last time I was in a good mood at work, I am always incredibly angry or sad, crying most of the day while delivering food to people, because I know I will not be able to eat myself

Still no support from Instacart. 1 hour in $125 to $250 batches already going out Same group shoppers Same bot grabbers Same repeat shoppers getting fed over & over One shopper keeps pulling $200+ triples while everyone at the store already knows what’s being reported Instacart has been told Still nothing changes Meanwhile I’m averaging $5.83/hr over 3 days Diamond. Perfect stats. Low pay, high miles, $10 scraps Instacart, what exactly is the point of Diamond when cheating appears to get rewarded faster than good stats? You continue to say there’s nothing wrong with my account but when lower stat and lower car status are constantly being offered batches that are $150 up to 250% higher than mine Clearly, there’s an issue. When do you finally care?
