I feel bad asking someone to "hang on just a second" when I need to get a pen and piece of paper. I literally run straight to my drawer and grab the notebook and the pen I keep in there, takes less than 20 seconds and I feel HORRIBLE about that! I could NEVER put someone who is trying to help me on hold for 5+ mins and then be rude enough to TELL THEM "you can hold" and just do it again 😬😬😬
