I love using sour cream + baking soda in my loaf recipes. It’s outstanding-for every cup of sour cream add a whole teaspoon of baking soda, mix, let bubble up and add to batter

my dad always had the biggest sweet tooth. I would bake for him all the time as a teenager and he got me my first kitchen aid mixer! I made your brown butter chocolate chips for him a few months before he passed unexpectedly. He said they were the best ones he's ever had 🩵 i still make them to this dad and think of him and am so grateful for your recipes!
