Ok so i dont put powder under my eyes but my mascara and eyeliner ends up smudging and i look like a raccoon. The lady at Sephora said to put a very very tiny amount of powder because the under eye is so moist & it’s making it move. I’m just so lost and confused and frustrated

if I dont wait until my skin prep dries between steps my makeup pills. I try to use minimal skin care when I know im wearing makeup, cleanse, hyaluronic acid, light moisturizer and spf that's it.
