My husband had to do this, he didn’t even get half way though all the liquid before or he was shitting straight water. So we figured he didn’t need to keep drinking it. I’m chronically constipated so I thought I’d try some of it and do a “cleanse” I couldn’t do it. It was so bad, I hope I never have to do this for real.

I always do picoprep as I’ve been having colonoscopies for 20 years. It’s only 2-3 cups of only 250mls hours & hours apart for each glass

fucking hate the prep first 2 sachets were fine although tasted like shit , my last sachet i projectile vomited it all back out 🤣🤣 luckily it had already worked it’s job so they was able to do my colonoscopy

When I did mine I just took the tablets and drank lots of water, I could not stomach that salty drink stuff it was vile.

I did gatorade as a “chaser”. While drinking, every good gulp gets a suck on a lemon wedge. Helps with the taste quite a bit for me, maybe try it if you like lemon?

Genuine question? Do they tell you to prep it an hour or so before drinking ? I have never, but I also never read instructions properly, so wondering if that was your preference or is that how I am meant to prepare the drinks 😳
