The communication starts changing. They stop showing up when they say they will. Progress slows down. The excuses start stacking up. And suddenly getting a simple answer feels like pulling teeth. I’m your rich This is where I shine. I answered the phone. I gave my clients security that they’re not gonna runoff. Sometimes customers have to pay a little bit more for that Security, but it’s worth it

I've had a few people that I had to disappear on. mostly the ones that say start on this date you text to verify the day before and they say it's ready you show up and it's far from being ready so you set up another job don't hear anything for weeks and get a call the morning they want you back. also get the ones that claim to be working within their license and turns out they are doing full remodels without a permit or any license or anything
