I can confirm the presence of painful cramps that make it difficult to even walk. Once in 28 days, 2.5 days long. It’s not so much painful as it is gender-affirming 🥰. So I kinda want to have them, but only when I don't have them.

I don't know if this is a normal thing but mine are very hit or miss and sometimes I won't even know I'm on my period unless I get pains and they can range between. this is a slight annoyance and me staying in bed for a week because I feel like my body is trying to collapse into a black hole
