Grew up in LaPorte and my first speeding ticket was me trying to get past the smell on Bay Area blvd SE Houston. The officer told me that wasn’t an excuse to speed. 🤷🏻♀️I felt like it was a good reason. This was 2004.

I knew any air monitoring was inaccurate a few years ago when that ship got tboned in the bay during the time of the week long tank fire. The ship leaked a bunch of fuel and I had to leave my house because the fumes were so bad. guess what? air quality pristine!
