2 ingredient Rosemary Hair Spritz 🌿 Ingredients: 2 cups Spring Water 3-5 sprigs Rosemary *I use this water often & in other recipes, so I’m always brewing fresh batches. If you’re storing for a while in the fridge, a splash of organic Apple Cider Vinegar will help preserve. Which adds scalp benefits Recipe: -start by washing the rosemary in filtered water -into a large pot with a lid, bring 2 cups of spring water to a boil (with lid on) -once the water is boiling, turn off the flame & remove pot from heat -place the washed rosemary into the pot of hot water, giving it a stir with a (wooden) spoon, submerging all of the rosemary in water -put the lid on and place the pot back on the burner it heated on (it’ll still be warm, but no need to turn the flame back on) -allow this to sit undisturbed until cooled (I leave for 12 hours, sometimes more) -sieve out the rosemary and collect the amber liquid -funnel into a clean glass spray bottle (I like blue/amber glass) -place in fridge between uses to keep cool To use: I part my hair & spray the Rosemary Spritz onto my scalp - a good bit of it - working it in with my hands. Massaging & stimulating blood flow as I do. I also spray onto my whole head of hair and work it in, giving life back to my hair after a sleep/refresh after a day outside in the garden. I like to use this spray almost everyday - any time of day. Typically morning and evenings 🤲🏽 To store: I keep this spritz in the fridge in a blue/amber glass spray bottle, lasts me weeks to a month - I use it often🦋 As with many things, this recipe works for many hair types - not all. If not sure, patch test before whole hair use. Enjoy 🐛 ACV HAIR RINSE 🍎 Recipe & Video live now. Check my reels page. The ingredients of many affordable & ‘premium’ hair care/styling products are wildly toxic. Our heads, absorb in many of these chemicals and they enter our precious bodies. We’ve become so accustomed to dumping synthetic chemicals all over ourselves daily & even though it’s become the norm, it’s certainly not what we deserve. I love learning & creating recipes that are healthy & lighten the chemical loads we receive. I hope you enjoy!
