Finding their interest in music, shows, anime, ect. is such a great way to build rapport while also getting a glimpse into what they are experiencing, especially when it’s hard for them to open up.

What is your degree in? I’m looking at doctorate programs and I think I’m going get my doctorate in school psychology so that I can be a therapist for children and adolescence only but I didn’t know if that’s the best thing that I should do!
