As someone who grew up in with both worlds. I can say that Western medicine is like a quick bandaid fix but it will come back. Chinese medicine takes a longer time but it doesn’t come back.

This is why I originally downloaded red note is because I know that they have different medicine practices and I went up there like posting different things like oh my God I have really bad bloating or blah blah blah and just asked for answers

I recommend using zinc oxide ointment. Apply it daily. This ointment is very inexpensive and has simple ingredients, just zinc oxide and petroleum jelly. My mom has the same type of eczema on her hands as you. Zinc oxide has anti-inflammatory properties and promotes skin healing. Avoid contact with detergents such as laundry powder, liquid detergent, and dish soap every day.

When ever I have a flare up I change my diet and avoid softeners and detergents and swap to clean eco friendly ones also unscented lotion and body soap and limit sugar and sodium and stay away from red meat and carbs. Eat more fruit and veggies and drink a ton of water. Also get a water softener it’ll change ur life and use oatmeal for ur skin u and bath in it aswell. Don’t use sea salt for ur body it can make it worse. Use aloe or like umm aveeno unscented for lotion and soap and shampoo /conditioner
