Let go of the outcome. Grow your mental health, learn female psychology, improve your body, improve your social life. Be there and be supportive when she needs it because that’s the man you want to be. Remain calm and steady. Become someone who doesn’t need her but chooses her. Build a life you love without her. If she comes back you can make that choice to let her back in. That’s where I’m at today. It’s been 8 months. I’ve let go of the outcome all while respecting her. Be a safe but firm man of your frame. You all got this.

I love her so much and desperately want her to come back but we live together and at the same time I can’t bear to speak to her without feeling sick to my stomach with grief. I want to ask her to leave the house but feel like that may not work in our favors.

I’ve realised a lot about the kind of partner I was with him and I understand why he walked away. I miss him dearly and want him back but I won’t force him to stay with me, I’ve already fixed one pattern which is the manipulation when he pulls back. I just let him go this time because I really do not want to hurt him again, he deserves choice. He’s his own person and I want him to be happy but I still miss him lots. There’s still so much I need to work on but I’ve seen him reposting things about me being the only girl for him and wanting to start our relationship over 1 billion times than start with somebody new. He hasn’t messaged me though so I’m continuing to respect his space. I realised that I don’t need him to live. I want him in my life but I can survive without him which I never thought was possible. My anxious attachment is slowly turning into security. I don’t know how this happened. I’ve been like it my whole life but now suddenly I’m not begging or pleading him to stay. I respect his decision and love him regardless of what he chooses. I still hope he comes back but he will never be forced into the very dynamic that broke him. I hope he thinks that I have genuinely done work on myself and I’m not just sitting around waiting for him to return. I’d be doing this regardless, I just miss him lots

What if he’s still here in the house? Still being physical with me but wanting a divorce? Still being friendly but moved to another room?? How do I give him space when we share the space???
