What’s with the 7o clock thing I see everywhere? Anyone else’s baby just go to bed with them at like 10? We sleep until 8:30 with two wake-ups at about 3 then 6. I find I get a better sleep and still have evening time as he’ll have a final snooze from 8-9 before we do final change, feed and bed transfer.

I’m sorry but no baby can stay on a schedule just feed them whether hungry and give them a nap when tired

This is confusing me because my baby will be up for like an hour or two sometimes even after eating but this doesn’t include that. He sleeps 7 hrs at night then another 3-5 after eating

Oooh I'm glad to see it's 1.5 hour naps and not 2! My son has been doing shorter daytime naps (usually a hour- hour and a half) and he's 8 weeks tomorrow!
