I had an employee get mad at me for getting fancy feast and weruva at Petco. She was stocking and said she wouldn’t feed her cats anything they had in stock. Tried to tell her his previous house ate Meow Mix and I was just trying to implement new foods but she wouldn’t listen🤷🏽♀️

Do you have any recommendations for an extremely picky cat who has IBD? She will not eat a lot of flavors on the market and only likes minced texture. She does get a tiny bit of kibble here and here as a treat since she likes to crunch them but her main food currently is Turkey and Duck & Beef and Mackerel but she refuses it very often. She walks over to all of her food every time I try something new, she sniffs it, and walks away. She has gotten lab work and it’s fine. Whenever she’s having a flare of not eating, the vet gives her a nausea shot and we just wait for her to eat again. She won’t eat anything that will work for her IBD and I’m desperate for help!! I’ve watched you for years and totally trust you! Any advice? :)

Question: Is carrageenan bad for kittens/cats ? I’ve been opting out of certain foods that obtain that certain ingredient however, I do want to lean out for Tiny Tiger Turkey & Turkey Giblets 5.5oz or even friskies 5.5oz cans since it’s more cost effective for my 3 kittens. Currently they get fed, FF Kitten Turkey pate, Open Farm Kitten pate, Instinct Kitten pate, occasionally Tiki Cat Baby Shreds, they’re trying Tiny Tiger Kitten pate and accepted it digestion wise. The kittens are 14 wks and they haven’t thrown up any food or experienced diarrhea.

I have 9 indoor plus I take care of 4 outside babes and I spend about 650 a month. They only really like fancy feast so I do rotation with flavors lol.
