I dont get that - I have tried both - I think Rafeef is heavier - it's a thicker scent. Panache Angel Dust is airier and more floral with a whipped cream dry down.

I prefer Rafeef, it's so much closer that Panache to my nose. I cannot with the tuberose in Panache. Your description is on point 👈
