It’s also different because Max is not on the same team as the others in the title fight like Lando and Oscar took points off each other which helped Max AND Red Bull was 100% behind Max AND McLaren was falling apart — George has had so many car issues as well and worse strategies like even if George has the race of his life every race for the rest of the season he would have to rely on his team letting his teammate down which just won’t happen

People bring up Max’s comeback last year as if Max himself did say that the only reason he’s in the fight is because McLaren kept messing up their on races. If McLaren had backed a driver whether it be Oscar or Lando like Mercedes does with Kimi than Max likely wouldn’t have finished where he did

While I was a George fan for a while, he wasn't my favorite, I saw great potential. Fast forward to now... IDK. He's more emotional than he should be, especially with his Max beef. Wired wrong. He's very fast, but if he's not careful he'll be a respected race winner, but never a champion.
