I know EXACTLY what insurance company this is! The same one that told a PMT pt that had coverage last year for their PMTs but is now Preventative only and PMT doesn't fall under the "2 free cleaning ls a year" but told the pt WE should have let them know they were changing the policy on them

dental insurance really functions more like a coupon book with a bad aditude at this point. It is wild how they prioritize profit margins over actual human health. You manage to look absolutely gorgeous while dropping the realist facts on this app.🔥👏

I hate the preventive only care plans. They are so restrictive and dont help the patient at all when they need actual treatment. I've told so many patients to not waste their money on those plans. Its not worth the amount those plans cost versus the actual benefits you get from it.

my hubby LOVED the laser. he can't stand the cavitron. ( I work at Aspen) my hygienist said he can't have the laser every time.

They should be told dental insurance isn’t doing much for them and it’s painfully annoying knowing they don’t want to cover or pay for anything 😂😂😂

It was Aetna……and they can suck it. They are killin me with the D4910 and D4341 with all the documentation. Over it.
