Who advised you to do this? There are literal tree lawyers. Like there are ppl who make their careers fighting stuff like this. There’s one in my small town. You could probably own his house with how much those trees are worth

You need to get the lawyer and go to the Tree Court and have it done right, so the judgement can even be specific as to the removal of the trunks without the neighbors interfering with that.
