@batessadie: I’ve been in business for 4 years, and I’ll be the first to admit… I’ve made mistakes. 😅 I’ve definitely low-balled myself more times than I’d like to admit because I was scared of charging “too much” or losing a client. But I’ve learned that pricing isn’t just about the size of the home. It’s about the condition, the time, the work involved, supplies, travel, overhead, and making sure I’m actually paying myself fairly.
