Refund as a one time courtesy, if you cant fully see the number address in the image it could be a neighbor’s door. It is awkward to go ask neighbors of taking packages!

Agree with the one time courtesy! I had a photo of delivery that was in someone else’s building. It was access controlled and they never gave it to me and customer service never refunded (Amazon)
