So it sounds like fibromyalgia but could also be eds, mcas, chronic fatigue syndrome or any combination of. You need genetic tests for eds not sure about diagnostic for mcas x

Axial spondyloarthiritis is the clinical step before ankylosing spondylitis! If you don’t meet AS criteria (no spinal fusion) you can still have all of these symptoms! I would see a rheumatologist ❤️it took me over 10 years to get treatment!

when you find out lmk because we have a lot of overlapping symptoms the working theory for me rn is ME/CFS but everything else needs to be ruled out first

It could be a hodge podge of things playing off eachother sending you into flares! PCOS, HSD, EDS, MCAS, etc. especially if you are neurodivergent start looking into some of those!

I was given a strangely easy diagnosis of Fibro (literally one blood test and one appointment, very bizarre) and I have all of these symptoms. But now I’m wondering if I maybe have something else, possibly hEDS because I meet most if not all of the hypermobile markers.

You have what I have symptom wise. Have you looked into MCAS? I’m being investigated both for MCAS and hEDS

this sounds like it may be seronegative auto immune disease. have you been tested for inflammatory bowel disease, lovely? (you can have neg colonoscopy and biopsies and still have it and no high CRP or ANA or ESR.) It can cause arthritis in the back and joints. it also sounds like it could be mast cell activation syndrome. did your symptoms start after a viral or infectious trigger or stress? auto immune disease usually has a trigger (but you can also get an auto immune disease from a virus you don't have symptoms for, usually COVID or EBV.) feel free to message me if you have any questions
