I hated when they made me stay in a bed for a week and I never had a seizure til I left and was active for a couple hours. Laying in bed does not get me to have a seizure and they wanted to act shocked when I came back😒

when i had to be sleep deprived for my seizure analysis i kept falling asleep in the car and when i was sleeping i almost started sleep talking but i somehow gained consciousness and thought “oh no i can’t sleep talk, then my mom will know im asleep”

we had to do this with my six year old. we were so worried we couldn't keep him up. he stayed up all night running circles while we nodded at eleven. it was awful. sending good vibes though!

I got seizures just had one recently while driving glad I’m ok but my car isn’t and I have grand mal seizures only have them when i feel very tired or don’t get much sleep so far I’ve notice
