The regents are not all together going away. It’s still a test you have to take. It’s just not required for you to graduate. You’re still taking the regent. It’s just extra credit if you wanna take it.

Oh HECKKK NO...I spent time to pass them regents to the point they are forcing me to pass beyond that to have the advance regents diploma... they better not drop it every student will have to suffer just like I did

regents literally put stuff on their tests that NONE of the teachers and students didn’t teach. students aren’t given the proper study guides and are expected to study from past regents but it always changes every year, and when the day of the regents come, the students don’t even know what’s is happening in the regents because the regents give questions and topics STUDENTS DIDNT LEARN and they expect students to pass it, doesn’t that sound unfair??

To be fair , they were never really required. I saw people in my highschool graduate and they failed every single regents exam.
