Okay… but if you are a spark driver, they are allowed to inspect the vehicle to make sure it’s in a proper condition to give you the orders if there is any dirt, Oder, pet hair or anything that has seen as unclean they can deny the order we are supposed to look at the cars condition before we give you any delivery orders… now if you are not a delivery driver, I do understand your frustration! but if you are a driver, you agree to terms and conditions that support this and it’s in the Walmarts policy aswell…

Coming from a digital team lead I’ve been at my store 6 years we do have the right to refuse an order if your car is dirty and/or you have kids or pets in the vehicle an order goes in the front seat back seat and truck

I have family that works at Walmart if your car is trashed or smells bad or like weed they won’t put your order in your vehicle, they’re supposed to do this with every vehicle.

For everyone saying they don't inspect cars. If she is a Spark driver, they recently changed all of their policies within the past few months, and if you have an animal in the car or children in the car with you, they can and will deny your order. It's for the safety of people's deliveries And quality of their food. With no context, I'm assuming that is what happened here.

are you a spark driver? if not they have no reason to inspect your car at all. they sometimes check mine when I spark to make sure they can fit spark orders

If your car is visibly dirty/ smell bad they can refuse giving the order due to food safety. But if she is going out of her way to inspect your car you are getting profiled and need to report that.

If you are spark driver, they are allowed to inspect your car for cleanliness and to make sure there is enough room for the orders. So if your car smells of cigarettes,etc they can refuse
