Yea some people pump every 2-3 hours or whenever they're boobs feeling engorged but shoot i gave up too fast cause it was hurting.. w my next im definitely breast feeding it helps w so many benefits

if you start pumping like the baby is about to breastfeed then you will start getting more so I would say do it at least like 4 to 5 times a day pump and you will start seeing a big difference cuz babies eat a lot I breastfeed all for my kids today was 18 months and sometimes I used to have to feed and then pump after I got done feeding just to keep my milk supply going
