Everything was built on wetlands and marshes. The asphalt and concrete is on top of sediment. Camden recently redid their streets and it's gorgeous.

she's absolutely right. there is pothos everywhere you go. I can't tell you how many times I want into a pothole not my wheel sensor off. PPA gives you tickets all day long but yet we have potholes that have the size of a grater. they should be ashamed of themselves South Philly is sinking
