Klers :
supination, pronation, ulnar deviation, radial deviation, wrist flexion, wrist extension, finger flexion, and finger extension overcoming isometric, all done with a straight elbow (and max extended/flexed wrist) for the biggest stretch, assuming forearms benefit from it (as they probably do since they cross a synovial joint, the wrist). Optionally, dynamic thumb flexion and an extension isometric can be performed for balance, but this should have no extra effect on forarm growth. For the dynamic exercises (not including finger extension or thumb extension as they are not dynamic), overcoming isometric and yielding isometric exercise alternatives may be performed as extra to increase bone and tendon volume, increasing wrist circumference.
