Theres an american man who got stuck in columbia during covid. Hes now back in the same village building homes for the neighborhood that let him stay and fed him for months. Wish we keep learning more of these kinds of stories tbh

I was stuck at a dog shelter in Peru for 5 months during covid with a guy from Australia. We kept 18 dogs alive, but lost 2. No one was around to care for them if it wasn’t us
