My husband was detained for 3 months and he was transferred to Louisiana, and Louisiana is a jurisdiction 5 state so there was no bond ! He was deported last month 😭💔, and I’ve been left with myself and our 1 year old. It’s SO HARD!

Directly after it happens don’t do anything except GET A LAWYER!!!! It was at 6:30 AM until 7:20 ish and my mom and I got dressed and left the house 30 mins after and looked for a lawyer, paid for an emergency consultation, paid their fee, and they immediately filed a habeus corpus that same night!! They needed to find my dad’s actual location, but immigration woudnt tell us. The following morning I called Philadelphia HQ or whatever, and said I was just trying to fill out the transfer money paperwork to put some money in his account but I wasn’t sure what to write for the location and they gave me his actual/current location which helped our lawyers when they were filing for stuff. I think that afternoon, my dad was finally able to call us and we got his A-number then, I got sooo lucky that the officers were able to tell me cause my dad was confused with the paperwork they gave him. Make sure to tell them not to sign anything at all. If you’re lucky like I was, the officers will only tell you ONE time what the A-number is, make sure to record the call with another phone and have multiple people writing down the number so you’re sure what it is!

They took my husband this morning after we dropped our daughter off at school , he went outside to work on his truck while I was making his breakfast, I went outside to tell him his food was done and found his truck unlocked with one shoe left behind , I searched for him everywhere until finally he called and said he was taken away 💔 I went back inside to two plates and two coffees made just sitting there , my heart hurts so badly , I miss him so much

They’re money laundering right in front of our faces. But the legal system is screwed so no one’s doing anything. It’s ridiculous and they are taking advantage of a lot of hard workers. God help us all

Both of my parents were detained a few days ago, the local law enforcement tricked my mom into going to into the jail after my dad had already been detained just so they could detain her too. We’ve hired a lawyer to try and get them out but the lawyer warned us the bond could be up to 35k and we have no idea how we’re going to be able to do it. My mom has had one traffic violation her entire life and never had any issue with the law but she was cuffed and thrown in jail like a common criminal

Hey guys,my step sad was detained by ic3 and my mom was a single mother and only had me,so we really don’t have the money for a lawyer! So what my step dad told us is that he could file a corpus basically abt his rights and they js wait months to let them go out.My step dad is still detained and his been there for 7 months.He about to get released without no bond or lawyer! Js DONT sign anything
