The open-air Chino Hills shopping, dining and entertainment center has officially been acquired for $157 million by Stockdale Capital Partners and Hamilton Lane. New businesses are already shaping the next chapter. T&T Supermarket is preparing to open at 13089 Peyton Drive, Unit G, with more than 250 jobs posted across grocery, produce, seafood, bakery, kitchen, sushi, cashier, fulfillment and store operations. Also coming to The Shoppes: Sourdough & Co., a sandwich concept known for sourdough bread bowls and premium sandwiches. It is expected at 13850 City Center Drive, in the former Gemorie space across from The Stand. The former RA Sushi space was previously reported as a future Benihana location, but since the earlier opening target has passed, its current status is worth watching.
