@mtnsinthesea: Part of being our Shepherd means HE takes care of our needs. Psalm 23, what this song is based off of, says “The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want”—meaning I will lack nothing. No matter how it looks, He promises we will not “want” for anything. We will have no lack. He will take care of everything we need. 🙏 Saying what God’s Word says and declaring it is a powerful thing. 🙌 This song didn’t just stem from reading these verses, but from living them. We actually lived by faith following the call of God for over 5 years, where it did NOT make sense on paper how we were able to pay our bills, but yet God always provided every month.
