This is my little nugget.... my niece. I have my fingers crossed that my little Angelman syndrome niece will walk someday like your beautiful daughter. I love that she's able to dress her age and dye her hair and be equal to her siblings. I love watching the videos you post of Makayla. TY for continuing to share and spread awareness for Angelman syndrome and allowing us into your private lives. She's so beautiful. When she smiles or laughs she literally lights up the room.

I have a question, she is always smiling, and I find that heart warming. I looked you Angleman Syndrome, with it being a a neurological disorder that effects the nervous system. Is her constant smiling a side effect or she is just one very happy young lady.

I swear anytime someone tells her she can’t do something, she does it. This is what happens when she has a support system teaches her things, encourages her, and loves her. I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again you guys are rock stars.
