Move sites! Reach out to sped department and ask for support. They don’t want to lose teachers so just let them know how you’re feeling and if they don’t help, move districts. Sometimes a change of site is all you need

Girl, it’s the environment. I was a paraprofessional in the wrong environment because admin lacked special ed knowledge. I became a special ed teacher at a high school and I love it so much!! The high school kids are the sweetest & need so much support.
