Nice to meet you! I got out of federal prison in 2024. I did the same as you. Became a peer mentor for a non profit organization here in eastern Oregon. So proud of you! I totally understand your frustration! Do we drink that much because we were doing that in prison😂

As an RN, I’ve been told my urine was “diluted.” I had to retake it too…. W less water. 10 years ago, my urine was “diluted”, but at that time… all my urine test in nursing school was diluted. I told the nursing school to read the handbook!! Nothing mentioned about dilution 😊… never heard back from them[Tears of joy]… I told them “I drink a gallon of water a day,” it will always be diluted

1 and half years mandatory in a half way house. I was UA all the time and I wasn’t a drug charge. I spoke in front of the board of trustees for the half way house for federal funding. Probation stopped by my work, my home and even my friends and parents. I did and was everything a model probationer was asked for and still harassed. Point being is no matter what until you finish probation you just get to do and be what is asked of you. Keep your head up and keep doing this.

my brother got called back all the time for dilution, he works construction 10hr days in triple digits. they drink ALOT of water. we finally figured out if he drank a powerade like 2 hrs before he got off and went to take the test that he wouldn't get them as much

I want to validate ur frustration. These hiccups are going to happen and like u said let urself feel the frustration and move on. Atleast ur PO didn’t act like u did it on purpose and fail u. Cuz that would have been really bad. I know some people that get no grace at all when it comes to probation.
