For those that might not fully understand to put it in layman's terms, capitalism in its early stages can encourage progression that might initially stimulate all corners of a civilization for the better but as it continues to exist and evolve the progression sharply narrows in scope, and grows exponentially towards only stimulating profits for people who are able to control the funnel and flow of cash to the point where anything that does not enduce cash flow and revenue, or does not have an inherent value, or means of producing it, is deemed unnecessary, and then deemed unlawful, continuing to escalate so far and so forth. you could carry that same ideal where it becomes so extreme that births are controlled to only birth the people likely to produce the most value. thst is what capitalism eventually progresses towards.
