Good break down/analysis. My only problem as an investor is how will uber continue to grow? Tesla and Waymo will take market share naturally no matter what happens. Feels like when Uber was introduced and Taxis said this will never work.

If their subscription price is a deal and they offer it for 80% off (known discounts in the uk anyway for 6-12 months), are their subscriptions really up 50%? Or is it just numbers stats for EOY reporting? Sounds off and realistically they’re crashing for a reason.

Tesla will allow anyone to buy cybercabs for relatively cheap and then make some revenue by letting it run when not used. Uber tried to work with Tesla and got denied because they don’t need them. That unfortunately goes against basically all the points you made. But I also bought $10k of uber at $73ish, holding for the long term lol.. I think they’ll figure it out (will likely get into AV soon too)

I hope you realize that you can’t use Ubers current financials against Tesla when Tesla just started their robotaxi network. Tesla’s market share will slowly show overtime, it’s just not visible rn

I bought uber for a different reason: They heavily invest into Ai/automation and will have their own self-driving cars. With the network they have & the human touch that can accomodate different rides, they have the whole advantage
