Also, check if you need permits! State and national forests can give free permit. In Indiana outside of parks, you are just required to follow the rules under the general license for gold prospecting rules and it acts as your permit, but you still have to ask permission to go on private property. idk how different it is for every state (:

Helpful tip! If your goal is to get out everything out of the pan, you can just turn it upside down, instead of spending a long time like this. Hope this helps!

I watch all the YouTube channels dan Hurd, mbmm,Jeff Williams pioneer Pauly etc,etc but I'm not in south porcupine ontario I'm in ottawa Ontario not a lot if spots to look for gold and where you might want to look the n.c.c might fine you I'm thinking hogs back just past the devils hole around the bend on the inside there's of bed rock there haven't went and looked though as I'm sure its n.c.c land what part of thecworld are you panning in?
