Hollywood is built on whiteness. To have the representation that we have now is amazing but we're not at the point where it's an equal playing field. we're still gonna see new shows come out with white leads or a completely white cast when there are perfectly good poc actors looking for work. the most we get sometimes is filling their worlds to look like there's color in it.

It sounds like you’re voicing disappointment. I’m always for more diverse representation. These numbers are much better than what I was expecting and several of them were fairly close to proportional representation of the country as a whole.
