We just let go of an operating partner at another company, which makes two in a rolling year. Replaced supervisors who weren't cutting it. Two large land development deals fell through. And a QT went up right in front of one of our c-stores, so we converted it to a liquor store to survive. That's the actual reality of running a $40 million dollar portfolio… One thing I've learned so far is that it never stops feeling like too much.
