the graco turn2me unfortunately only rotates in rear facing position! once you choose to forward face, you reinstall the car seat using the tether and the belt path through the seat itself, not the base. definitely poor marketing on their part! love joie!!

Returned it for the same reason! I have the original Joie Chili and LOVED it. The hip bolsters are not for chonky kids
