At this point anything is possible. I get the ick when people say… well they won’t have a position anymore. TF WHO is gonna remove them. No one is. This keeps me up at night and frazzled every day. Doesn’t matter they could wipe out a town in this soil and we’d argue if they deserved it and no one would do anything.

at the risk of sounding ignorant, doesn't all of Congress' terms end in Jan 3rd anyway regardless of if they seat the next set? it would be like the president staying past Jan 20. they just become a private citizen regardless of their actions. I don't grasp this concept

I get it and it’s terrifying but what’s hard for me to wrap my head around is seeing the Supreme Court abdicate its oath to the constitution. I don’t know why the highest court in this country would vote against democracy. How? Why? It’s beyond my comprehension. I hate Thomas and Alito more than anyone, even the fat, sloppy orange beast.
