Fall Harvest Pasta🍂🤎🍁 October called for a cozy dinner, so this is what I made. Fall-shaped pasta from Aldi, ground beef browned with onion and garlic, spaghetti sauce with Boursin melted all through it, finished with Parmesan. I seasoned it with garlic powder, onion powder, and Farm Dust. My sauce was homemade, but yours doesn’t have to be. And use whatever protein your family likes. The full recipe is below. Save it for a chilly night, and share it with a friend who needs a cozy meal idea. Fall Harvest Pasta Serves 4 to 6 Ingredients: • Fall-shaped pasta (I found mine at Aldi) • 1 lb ground beef • 1 small onion, diced • 4 cloves garlic, minced • 1 jar or spaghetti sauce • 1 package Boursin cheese • Garlic powder, to taste • Onion powder, to taste • Farm Dust seasoning, to taste (it’s a seasoning blend from a farm here in the Midwest, seasoning salt or your favorite Kinder’s blend works too) • Grated Parmesan, for topping Instructions: 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Drain any excess fat. 3. Stir in the spaghetti sauce and the Boursin, breaking the Boursin apart so it melts into the sauce. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, and Farm Dust. 4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until everything is well coated. 5. Serve warm, topped with Parmesan. Make it your own: a handful of shredded mozzarella melted in at the end is wonderful, and fresh basil on top never hurts. fall recipes, cozy dinner, fall pasta, comfort food, easy weeknight dinner, Aldi finds, autumn recipes, pasta recipe, cozy fall meals
